Julia butterfly on Orangeglow vine
Nikon D90, 105mm, f/3.5, 1/500, ISO 800, rotated 180°. 92% of original frame. Cloned out a small leaf tip intruding the top edge.

I love the high-key background and the butterfly partially hidden behind the flower. In the thumbnail, I mistook it for a flower, it was a nice surprise when I opened the image.

Beautiful simplicity here- nicely designed, though I might be tempted to clone out the small leaf intersecting the larger one.

@Cynthia, I agree with your suggestion.
@Darren, the background is the translucent ceiling. I used +2 EV during the shooting.
