A dragonfly waiting on a flower for its prey. I don't know dragonflies however the head on this one was similar to similar to several that I looked at online. This was taken at a roadside restaurant where we stopped for coffee.

Nice behavioural shot! Did the dragon snare any prey?

Fine image - this type of dragonfly rarely picks such a nice perch. I can't identify dragonflies from your area, but it's a skimmer (Libellulidae).

A very pretty setting for the dragonfly-rather unusual. Well seen and captured! Sorry I don't know the species.

I did not see any action from the Dragonfly as we were only there for a few minutes but I sure wish I had! I followed up on Tom Whelan's tip that it was a Skimmer, Libellulidae, and found that it was a Globe Skimmer, Pantala flavescens. It is described by one source as "the most widespread dragonfly on the planet". This probably means that I could have found it in my own backyard in addition to Bhutan, a country that is between China (Tibet) and India.
