Like a lot of people, I'm going back over my old stuff, and found this from May 2007. Used to love these in my garden but they are not really Vermont hardy.

The darker bg brings out nicely the white hairs and the

rim lighting on the flower gives a nice mood and feel. :)

The backlighting is striking, so is the light inside the flower.

Lovely backlit rim accentuating the delicate nature of these beautiful flowers.
And you are right - it says to look through our photo collections.

So glad you brought this back into the light. This is just beautiful Cindy. A delightful impressionistic feel to it.

I love the back-lighting and how the slightly OOF fuzz creates a halo effect around the plant that accentuates the flower with all its detail.  Very nice!

What a beauty! The flower is beautiful anyway, and the rim lighting creates a delightful 'moonglow' through the tiny hairs on the leaves and stem against the dark background. I really Love this one, Cindy!

You'd better keep looking through your files, no telling what gems are hiding there!
