Weaver Ant Queen starting a new colony.
New weaver ant queens leave their old nests which contain a huge group and start their new colonies.. here is a young queen with her eggs.

Nikon D850, 105mm
ISO 100 , 1/125 shutters, f20
Bangalore, India
