Sorry I don't know the flower ID. The background is a wall.

Nikon D90, Micro-Nikkor 105mm, f/11, 1/100, ISO 800. 95% of original frame. Butterfly Festival, Handheld, tripod & monopod not allowed. Montreal, March 2017.

Lovely shot- nice to see a Monarch-type butterfly. Pretty flowers, whatever they are. Very nice setting and background. Excellent clarity!
