Beautiful color, nice detail, and a handsome ETS specimen. Very nice, Craig.

Beautiful image! colors are vibrant, sharp butterfly, oof background and the composition make this image excellent. I hope to get one like this with all elements well orchestrated.

Nice shot, good feeding pose captured, maybe f11 or so would get that front wing a touch sharper?

That’s something that frustrates me with certain species; the bg is distant enough that I probably could have got away w/ f/16, but if you look at the petals, (which, granted, aren’t 100% sharp at the nearest point,) I’m not sure this isn’t motion blur - these are a very “fluttery” species.  I could up the iso, but I’m just getting comfortable w/ walking around w/ iso 800 - it’s a learning curve!
Good light,
Craig
