I've got a million nice (imho) shots of males, (mature and juvenile,) but I never seem to get a good, close view of the females.  I just wanted a nice, sharp "record shot", and know that the bg isn't ideal, but when I pulled this up on my screen I immediately was drawn to the detail in the wings.

Yes, amazing detail in the wings, Craig, but the whole subject looks like its crafted from burnished gold in the uncompressed view. Absolutely stunning image. Love it!

Love the wing details, but the metallic gold shimmers - very attractive.
