Fine diagonal composition, interesting and unusual subject.

Hi

As mentioned a nice diagonal that pulls the eye into the image - I would personally have cheated a little and removed the frontal OOF clover - but overall a nice image of the subject

All the best
Matthew

Thank you for the kind comments/critique. I also received a similar critique on the OOF leaf in a PM from a forum colleague; funny thing is, I left the OOF leaf in the frame for a purpose. I was using a strong tilt on the TS lens to maximize DOF in the plane of the cups, and it seemed there was so much DOF (more than a hand span), spread-out 'horizontally' that I thought the offending leaf might serve to convey an illusion of depth to the image. In retrospect, I should have shot multiple series, w/ and w/o the leaf, etc. Live and learn ...

What weird and wonderful fungi! Like a burned out witches cauldron.
