I recently spent two weeks on an avian photography outing in Costa Rica.  At one point we had the opportunity to shift from birds to amphibians and visited a local farm where many different amphibious species live in a wild setting.  On the morning of our visit, these frogs were selected, placed in large inflated plastic bags, taken out for the photographers, and then released back into the wild.  We were able to get very close without having to lie on our bellies in the wet mud to get very close macro shots in a controlled environment.

Iso-1600, 105 mm F2 .8 macro at F10, 2000th,
fill flash at -3, handheld, full frame, D 500
