Got down to the Lower Rio Grande Valley a couple of days earlier than expected, but the Butterfly Festival was going on - avoided that like the plague, (it’s a great thing that does a lot of good, but I don’t do crowds,) so used the time to get settled in.  The day after it ended, we got out in the heat while the getting was good; we're in for a week of cold.  One marquee said that it's dropping from 93 to 55 like it saw a State Trooper, lol.

Anyway:

Slight crop
Natural light, handheld

Comments and suggestions always welcome.

Sweet shot; nice color contrast. Well done.

Oh, and it was 18°F last night around here, so no butterflies for a while.

Love this image and the caption. Blending has gone well with both butterflies in sharp focus. Nice composition with a complementing background.
