The first of a few examples of Sigma 180 images, as Cindy was wondering about the lens.  :)

Please click for uncompressed view.

This was peeping inside an orchid, ISO 400. F16. 180mm.

Thanks, Carol- that's abeauty-it's a "must click". I love the moist -looking edges and the intense colors. Beautifully designed too, of course. I'd expect nothing less from you. :) How far away were you from the subject?

Beautiful colours, Carol. Supposed to be a terrific lens (though have never used it).

Thank you Matthew!

I thought the heat was too much, after all those weeks it seemed never ending.  Having just had our first rain in the last few days - it has never been so welcome!   Its been an awful long time since it last rained back in May.

All the best to you too!  :)
