A rare yellow variant of the Bee Orchid endemic to the banks of the Rhine River close to Basel, Switzerland.

Sadly of the ≈ 50 plants less than 6 remain.

Hi

Sadly that is a tale I hear much too often about a lot of things nowadays - nice photo though, and a nice variant upon the bee orchids I have seen

All the best
Matthew

Got to love the little orchids, and this is a beauty Sinuhe. Even the most common ones are becoming rarer and vanishing from their usual sites.
