Hi

A nice enough composition and an appealing looking bloom - the main aspect that really requires improving is the lighting. Which is rather harsh in appearance and does not really suit the subject material/composition imo. Quite often with close up images you can simply throw the whole subject into shadow and use some reflective lighting to add form/interest

Another pretty flower. You could also use a diffuser to reduce the hard, directional light.
