Neat wide-angle closeup - I don't think I've ever seen an argiope spider that wasn't on a web. Excellent composition.

Thank you.
It's on its web, on the euphorbia where its canvas is hooked.  The orbital web starts from there and develops to the right.

Hi

An engaging composition that leads the eye nicely through the frame - very nice shot

All the best

Nice work, great use of the 24mm, is it a large spider?

Thank you Chris
The body was about 2.5 cm, so it's a not very large species, but enough large for an European species
