Been a while since I've posted any macro.   Here is one from earlier in the summer.   Chinese Mantis on Lemon Mint.  The mantis may have had a bit of help getting to this perch. :)

Canon 80D
Sigma 150mm/F2.8 macro lens
Shot at iso 400 - two exposures blended in photoshop elements
F4 for background and F11 for detail on the mantis and plant.
