Water Lilly - Barbados
a6300, 24-70mm @ 70mm, ISO 200, f/11, 1/100

While on vacation in Barbados a couple of weeks ago, I did a bit of walking around with my Sony a6300 and 24-70 lens in-between frozen mojitos :o ....

Hi EJ

nice "walk-about" shot.

Not familiar at all with these flowers.

So different to the water lilies common to our parts.

Best

Beautiful explosion of colour and perfectly placed!  Gorgeous!

I learn so much from your useful tips on better photography, I now know that a great photography session must be interspersed with a liberal sprinkling of mojitos.........   8)

You should drink more frozen mojitos and walk about! This is gorgeous! Quite different from your usual landscapes. The mojitas have tapped your inner macro..

Nice. I like the detail in the center of the flower.
