My first attempt at focus stacking (7 frames with Photoshop). Canon MPE-65 lens with macro twinlights and a speedlight.

Hi
Love the composition and the stacking certainly works here to gain an effect - lighting wise, well perhaps an aspect play with imo

But suggestions aside a fine image

All the best

Have done some focus stacking in PS, but in general, I don't find that it does a very good job. It seems to have worked quite nicely for you here. Have you had any issues with it? Maybe it's just because I'm such a noob at focus stacking. I like the colors and the curves too.

Thanks. This particular image was not too difficult in PS - just some adjustment of the layer masking. It might have helped that I shot it on rails.
