The poppies and lupine are just about gone but at least I can go through the stash of photos.

Wonderful flower portrait. I like the simplicity of this image with the single flower in sharp focus and the others in various stages of soft focus to OOF. The background is pleasing too. And cropped to 1:1?!!! Amazing what we can do with DSLR's these days as compared to our film days. :D

Thanks Everyone, really appreciate the comments. Poppies and Lupine in their natural envirnment is always a challenge for me with wind and lighting. It is a great satisfaction when I can nail at least one I am satisfied with.
