Lovely bright lichens that contrast nicely with the bark. The needles in the background don't add much, though.

Hi

I think you have found a great subject in some nice lighting for it and although the image as seen is nice enough, like Tom I suspect that there was a lot more creative and abstracted looks obtainable by exploring the subject from a closer point of view
