Eastern Tiger Swallowtail
Papilio glaucus

Edit: After further review, I'm not sure that this isn't a Canadian Tiger Swallowtail, (Papilio canadensis.)  To further confound the issue, the two species hybridize where their ranges meet / overlap - like where I took this shot!  If there are any butterfly experts out there with input, I'd love to hear it!
