Giant Cuttlefish Sepia apama

Giant cuttlefish are found on rocky reef dive sites around Sydney and the coast from the NSW-Qld border right around to half way up the WA coast.  They are the world's largest cuttlefish species, capable of rapidly changing colouration and patterns.  This one was as the same site as the Grey nurse posted yesterday.

Fine image of an unusual creature - the patterns are striking.
