Grey Nurse Shark Carcharias taurus
From today's dive down the coast at Shellharbour, a Grey nurse shark, they are listed as critically endangered in NSW due to over fishing and people in the 60s and 70s killing them because they thought they were man eaters. They were quite chilled just cruising around us, often quite close. Cleaned up a lot of particulate matter in the water, so the BG is not quite what I wanted, need to be a little closer for a start.
