Sydney Pygmy Pipehorse Idiotropiscis lumnitzeri
From a dive today at the leap at the entrance to Botany Bay, these pipe horses are tiny (50mm long +/-) and extremely cryptic. I had Andrew Trevor Jones as a guide, he is expert at finding them he used to post on NSN some years back. They are endemic to the Sydney region. Rather challenging to photograph with a bit of surge and current thrown in. Larger Image:Pipehorse Olympus OM-D E-M5 MkII + 60mm macro: Nauticam housing, 2x INON strobes. 1/160 @ f8 ISO200 Chris Ross
