Eight Banded Butterfly Fish  Chaetodon octofasciatus

This seems to be the commonest butterfly fish on the reefs in the Gulf of Thailand.  Took this shot at a dive spot called North Rock.

The fish looks great, so does the coral - the bright ends are eye-catching.

This is a great little Butterfly. Love the Acropora habitat. Do you ever see tham in schools?
