Photo taken at Laguna Seca Ranch in South Texas.

Nikon D810, 300mm lens, 1.4 TC, 1/200 sec at f/16, ISO 400.

I really liked the colors on this one.

Pretty colors, a species I've admired in photos from the southern US. Alas, they don't fly up here...

Nice shot Gene, we have similarly coloured and common named species in Australia, though down here they seem to like the ugliest perch, yours has chosen a nice one.

Hi

A nice enough shot of the dragon which looks good; but the overall colours are outstanding. Giving the image a nicely warm appealing feel and this aspect certainly lifts the image overall; good work
