Green Moray Gymnothorax prasinusis

Another shot from the dive on the weekend, came across this green moray probably about 750mm long while swimming back, It was initially well out of the hole, but backed in as I approached.  Pulled back exposure a touch as the strobes were on too high a power.  They look fearsome but are not considered dangerous.

The anemones work beautifully to frame the eel - excellent image.

Nice shot of this fellow. Nicely framed in the Spiny Urchins.
The Morays move water through their gills by gulping and opening and closing their mouth. Gives them that fierce look.
