I'm posting this for a friend.  After he asked me I told him this forum has some good people and "might" have an answer for him. 

Looking for a profile for a Canon Pro 400 Printer for printing on Ilford Galerie Prestige Fine Art Smooth Pearl Paper.

Worth a shot.  I'm far from a printing guru is putting it mildly.

The first place i'd look is on the Ilford site and then search for printing profiles. You need to check to see if the printer is listed under the profiles. Then download the profile for the paper. There should be instructions on the site on how to install the profiles on your computer.

Since there isn't a Pro 400 listed for Canon, I have to assume you mean either PixmaPro4000 or Pro 100. In any case you can search here once you have the right printer model:
