I am using Win 7 Pro CS6 stand alone. Yesterday I shot a Red-tailed Hawk as he flew in front of me. With a full wing spread I clipped the tips of the top wing. Is there a way to copy the lower wing tips and rotate, flip and massage them to fit the top wing tips? I tried copy and paste but when I rotated the paste item the whole print rotated.
