I have the Epson Stylus Pro 3800. I have started to print some panoramas at the max length of 37.40 inches.  With a picture at 37" wide  X  12.542" high I go into my print setting and use User Defined.  Set my paper width at 17" and height 37.40" I use "Not Specify" under Fix Aspect Ratio.  I than set the picture to be center on the paper.  I always check Print Preview, and away I go. Everything looks fine until it starts printing.  The height changes to 8.5". It will print the whole 37" width, just my height gets screwed up. Anyone have any ideas what I'm screwing up? Thanks in advanced.

Does this sound like your problem?.......

Maybe your paper width should be 37.40 and the height should be 12.54 and then change whatever mode your printing in landscape or portrait?

That's my problem, only I'm using Epson Luster. I will try what they said and give it a try.
