I would like to find a lab to print  note cards for me that I can give as gifts.  I'd like the cards to be folded once and when folded measure 3 1/2 x 5 in. with my image that is also 3 1/2 x 5.  Anyone have any suggestions?     If I have several choices of paper types, what are your favorites?   Thanks  Steve

Mpix will print cards for you.  I don't know if you can get that exact sizing, though.

You will have a much easier time getting 5x7 cards (unfolded stock is 7x10) which will produce a 4x6 image with a 1/2" border all around when folded. This is the size most paper manufacturers produce as a stock size for cards.
