Another shot from our trip to Chincoteague this past April. Just after dawn. Just a little USM to compensatefr my scanner.

As always, comments and suggestions are welcome.

Hi, Ken! Nicely seen. Your exposure captures the feel of the time and place.

FWIW, I think this would work better with a longer lens, or cropped so that all you see are the trees and their reflection. Play around with it, see what you think. The surroundings, especially the grass in the FG that interrupts the reflection, don't do anything for the image IMHO.

Great shot Ken, i might crop the left side about a half inch to help center the main group of trees in the frame. Other then that i think this works very nice!!

Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

Very nice. I like the crop as it is. I may try to darken the upper part of the sky a bit but I would do that just to compare it with this one. I can't be sure it will be better.

The light reflecting thru the trees onto the water is excellent. very nice picture. nice soft colors.
