One more vote FOR the rocks in the water - and I like this a lot too. My only wish is to remove the one tree just off center but there doesn't appear to be anything you could do about that.

I like the rocks, makes me feel I could cross the water by jumping them. :) (Although I don't actually have a sense of scale, so maybe that wouldn't be possible.)

Well done and great color. The rocks don't really bother me and the light on the mountain is wonderful.

Very nice, dramatic image. I think that I agree with George about the two large rocks on the left, but I don't think that you could have done anything about that.

Very beautiful, in an unusual, creative way! I like the rocks, especially the way they almost frame the mountain peak's reflection.

This has a strong graphic quality like a Chinese woodblock. The main lines are simplified by darkness, contrast and color. All the parts work to make a single impression of only a few remaining moments before the coolness of night. I like it.

Juli,

You write with the silkiness of a poet and the insight of a sadhu...I couldn't help but read your words over a few times. Thank you!
