This is shot at the same location as my post a few days ago, Golden Sunrise.

I love this beach. I rarely come away empty handed.

There is detail in the dark rocks but I'm not going to waste my time getting it out with the flat bed scan.

Peaceful and, yes, timeless. Beautiful pastels.

Dan
I am consistently blown away by your images. They really rock, and in another life, in other forums, I never strayed too far from the animal stuff, but I keep coming over here to see your work. We are very fortunate to have you here.. Thanks

Great mood and love the soft pastels. Especially like how the sand picks up a hint of the pastels in the sky.

yup, another fine one from the Dan-at-Muir-Beach collection. It's quite clear how you feel about this beach, and you do it so well.

Another one of your special sunset, Dan...I love this kind of picture.

Gorgeous, love the tones. Sigh.

You know, I had the chance to get a Nikon D1 and start shooting digital or get a used Mamiya medium format camera. It was a tough choice but I went digital. All these fantastic posts here are making me want to track down the person with the used MF camera to see if it's still available...
