ISO 80

This image was taken during a multi-day backpacking trip into the seldom travelled Shulaps Range, in British Columbia.( Mountain peaks in this range are over 9000 Ft., while those of the Bendor Range, seen in the distance, can be higher than 10000 Ft.). Sunsets in mountain regions can be very brief, due to the absence of an uninterrupted horizon, but on this evening conditions were satisfactory for a few images. A wonderful region to explore, certainly a long way from the "civilized" world.

Province of British Columbia- ( South Chilcotin- Gold Bridge region), Canada,image- July.
Thanks to everyone for viewing.

Sounds like an awesome hike!!!
Like the view, love the clouds.
A fair bit of noise evident in the rose colored clouds....ISO 80, so not sure what may be causing that?

Thanks for reviewing my image, John. You are certainly correct about the cloud noise. I used a "point and shoot" older camera on this trip, because of it's small size, and it has a very low pixel count, so I don't know if that is a factor here. Perhaps a software noise reduction system ( Topaz Ai), would improve the image regarding the noise level. I took many other images with this camera, and they are fine regarding noise, so perhaps the low light level when I took the photo, led to more noise, than during  images taken in brighter conditions. I have a few more images to post from this trip, so I'm looking forward to your reviews of them.

Lovely pinks in a spectacular place. I think noise reduction could easily take care of this, and perhaps you might make the foreground a tad lighter too? Nicely composed- looking forward to more. I used an old panny GH3 for years- it did pretty well, given the low resolution.
