A few weeks back I made a flying visit to Downpatrick Head in County Mayo in the West of Ireland. Conditions where slightly bonkers, and the wind made it near impossible to stand. This image I kinda like, I love the power of the waves and the tones of green in the turn of the wave and the dark moody sky.

The youtube video I made from the trip gives a good sense of the conditions - Bigwaves-Mayo

Immense power on display Peter. Just as important for me, also, is that tiny touch of green sea. Nicely done.

Truly a magnificent image that well expresses all the immense power that nature can have, I too am in agreement with others as regards the touch of green.
