This image was taken while waiting for enough light to photograph some river otters and osprey who where frequenting this area.

What do you think?

Lovely silhouette, Juan. The golden light in the center is nicely framed by the dark gray clouds on top and on the bottom.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

A very luminous image, Juan. I'll have to check out Goose Creek State Park soon. Where is it?

You made good use of your time. This is a lovely image. Some of my favorite images were taken on the way to photograph something else.

Juan, a very pleasing image. My only wish is to have tilted the camera down a half a milimeter so that the branch junction at the very bottom doesn't seem so cut-off.

Goose creek is on the eastern part of the state, on the pamlico river, close to washington.

Great little park and excellent camping. They also have a canoe trail that I have not had a chance to try out yet, but I have heard it's great.
