Beautiful composition and SS, Mary! I love to see these little series of mini waterfalls as they tumble down the hillsides and over the moss and lichen covered rocks.

I like it and it shows a nice flow. The large nearly black part on top pulls the eye a bit too much due to it being a bit of a black hole. I think cropping off the top to a 4:3 or 5:4 ratio dramatically improves the image.

I think the cascading small waterfalls over and around the moss is terrific at the chosen shutter speed. I agree with EJ that cropping some off the top would help focus on the beautiful flow of water.

Thanks to all of you David, Carol, E.J and ADKShooter, and thanks for the always welcome suggestions :D .
With this image I was undecided whether or not to remove the top,
so I tried to crop the image and it works better with regard to the focus on the water.
I also tried to remove some blades of grass in the foreground that bothered me,
but I don't usually use this method and I think some artifacts are evident ...

Lovely image, Mary - I agree with EJ - the cropped image is more pleasing as it really leads the eye to the subject.

In the original, my eye also immediately went to the dark area....
The cropped version looks wonderful!

I'm late to the party, but yes, the crop works beautifully. A very pleasant scene.
