Lovely image - nice use of the dark background to accentuate the structure of the late autumn trees.

I was just thinking the same!  The dark rockface makes a great background for the almost ghost-like trees.

Really nice light here Mary!
perhaps a crop off the bottom to help eliminate the bottom right angled twig...

Thanks John for pointing out the twig below that escaped my sight.
I thought about cloning the small part to keep the image format.

As others have already commented the light separating the trees from the darker background is perfect for this scene. Eliminating a bit from the bottom was a helpful comment from John L.
