These Aspen's were among the last of the trees still holding foliage in the Fall two years ago at this site on Chapel Pond in the Adirondacks. This year the Fall foliage season is also coming to an end but there remains some interesting images.

Wonderful clarity and play of light in this Warren. The angle of light on the tress show the autumn colours perfectly against the shadows.
Make your life spectacular!

Gorgeous image indeed, I love the degradation of tones and perfect reflection.

I like this a lot - the bright fall foliage against the otherwise very dark background is striking.

A lovely scene, Warren. The play of light and shade is really beautiful - especially so where the light catches the golden tree foliage and illuminates it against the shadows, while the reflection is the icing on the cake!
