The King tide..

Oregon coast this past Sunday with the January King tide and a 30 ft. Pacific swell...
There are people on a viewing platform on the cliff for scale.

Wow!
An image of spectacular dynamism that well expresses the majesty and power of nature.
I really like the rocks in the foreground on the right that bring my eyes to the waves
which in turn guide it to the viewing platform to find those so little people in front of that immense "shout" .

Spectacular!! Must be viewed full frame. I love the foamy front water and the huge splash near the tiny people. I would love to hear what this sounded like! I hope the people were safe....and you as well. It looks like the water is eroding those rocks.
