Very interesting perspective-I like how the submerged branches lead into the picture. Perhaps they are a bit dominant, in the closest foreground? This could also be a nice pano without the submerged limbs....

I've looked at this image several times and in the end I like the submerged rocks and branches. As beautiful as Lassen Mountain and the surrounding landscape appear I think the addition of this additional element makes for an interesting perspective. My one nit is that the trees look to be leaning on each side probably because the camera may have been just a bit tilted with an 18mm lens which caused this distortion. Nicely seen image.

I like the see through foreground as well. My only wish is for the trees not to be clipped at the top of the frame.

If you hadn't cut off the very top of the trees on the top left, this would be just about perfect for my tastes, Mike! I love these under and over the water images, and you did this so well.
