Milky Way thorugh the trees

The milky Way really pops in the larger image, very cool!

Very nicely framed , seen through a gap in the trees and a very pleasing exposure. A click on this shows the real beauty of it.

Great shot of the Milky Way and very well framed among the trees that accentuate its verticality.
(I have always wanted to take a Milky Way, I could only see it for the first and only time in the Dolomites, it is wonderful show!)

Yes this was done with my Fuji X-t3, a Samyang/Rokinon 1.2 35 mm lense at f1.4 iso 3200. Approximately 4 vertical frames were taken exposed for 8 seconds each.  Processed and pano created in Lightroom. I also used Topaz Denoise AI at a very, very low level to remove a tiny bit of luminance noise. The original pano from which this 1280 pixel image was made is approximately 10,000 pixels wide. Hope that helps. Photographers ephemeris was used to help plan timing and location of the shot beforehand. The location is isolated and has no cell phone service so further refinement of the exact location of the camera was done by trial and error at the time the images were taken.  Lastly, as this is bear country and I was on my own, I confess to singing loudly (old Beatles tunes) the entire time I was there so any creatures lurking were well aware I was there and would stay clear.
