Morning Alpen Glow RMNP

It is a beautiful glow, and I like the way the curved line leads you there!

So beautifully serene and peaceful! It would be a lovely scene anytime, but that glow makes it extra special. Love it!

Very nice landscape with delicate tones.
I love how the bend in the river brings my eyes to the mountains.

BTW...what is the name of this stream?...any fish? Asking for a friend...lol

Thanks for the comment and input John.  I just went back on Google maps to find this location. It is on Rt 34 "Trail Ridge Road" just outside of Grand Lake. There is a little pull off.  Frankly, I was surprised to learn that this is the Colorado River!  At the time our guide did not mention this but searching Google Maps it is very apparent.  here is the approximate GPS coordinates copied from Google Maps not from the camera. I don't know about fish! 40.321628, -105.853013

I really like this one. Oh how I wish that tree about a quarter way in from the left wasn't there but I doubt that there was much you could have done about it. Very nice shot regardless.

Thanks E.J.  Yes, I thought about removing that pesky tree, but decided I didn't want to alter the reality that much.

I understand the recent fires went through this area.  If correct, the entire scene may not be the same.

Too bad about the tree on the right it hides an awesome scene
