While searching for NeoWise in mid July, I came upon one of the most incredible noctilucent displays I have ever seen.
Although not rare, these clouds are relatively uncommon. However, this has been a good year for sighting these night time clouds and I have seen them on about a dozen outings this season. For information on these clouds; Noctilucent Please view full size against a darker b/g by clicking on the image. ENJOY Nikon D810 140mm, F4, 3 sec, ISO800 Alberta, Canada |
