Thoughts to darkening the upper half ever so slightly by pulling down a grad?

Oh how I wish the fallen tree wasn't there! Very nice interplay before foreground and background and good DOF control.

EJ, that tree fell I think 10 or 15 years ago to the dismay of photographers everywhere.
I played around erasing it, which I would never do for posting or anything, but the falls
sure look a lot better!
I have got in front of the log but the mist is so bad it is just
not worth it.
