When I saw this scene the first thing that came to my mind was - this must be what cows dream of.

Cow heaven, indeed! Amazing light...and the morning mist always adds such mood to a shot. Looks like you had a nice, high vantage point for this shot.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

Cow Heaven indeed. They have these California Cheese TV ads here saying that the cheese is so good because the cows are so happy. This looks like you took this before you mooved to Utah.

I like this one, of course!
Did you consider omitting the sky entirely? I think that could push it
yet another notch up the scale...
