Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III, 12-100mm f/4 @15mm, 1/5000 sec., f/4.5, ISO: 200.

It had rained on Tuesday night (3/10/2020) and, after having walked around Mesquite Dunes in the morning I decided to go to Artists Drive and photograph the Artist's Palette. Having done that I zoomed down the road a piece and walked out into the Badlands Basin about a mile or so. I saw some interesting salt/mineral formations about 3/4 mile into the walk but it only got better AFAIC.
This image is cut down from a 50mp hand held high resolution shot on my new toy (the Mark III).

Here's a slightly larger version:

Note the reflections on the water in the basin.

More pictures from my Death Valley trip (worthy or not :D) to come.

Wonderful perspective on this-very nice patterns and shapes. Large version is impressive!

Large version looks nice.
Left side shadows seem to have a fair bit of blue

John,

I agree.

I printed a 17" x 22" version for myself and before doing so altered the color balance a bit to manage the excessive blue - at least in the mountains.
