Canon 10D, 17-40 f/4 @17mm, 1/125 sec., f/8, ISO: 100. This panorama was created from 4 exposures.
I visited Death Valley for the first time in March, 2005. It happened that was a "super bloom" year. A fellow teacher and I camped in our tents for a couple of nights and that visit inspired me to return to D.V. several times - albeit at Stovepipe Wells, not in a tent . I'm headed there next week.
