Peru Cloud Forest

This is an image that is a composite of several photos taken with D850 and Nikon 500mm f5.6 PF handheld - The original image is over 210 MP. Pan was done in LR 
Taken somewhere along road headed from east side of Andes to west at over 9,000 ft elevation
ISO 2500 at 1/500 sec at f6.3

An interesting environmental image that represents the lush forest wonderfully.
Out of curiosity … what type of tree is this?....neat looking flowers!

Thanks John - I have no clue what kind of tree - but those are not flowers - Those are all Bromeliads which grow on the tree as is most of the other stuff on trees - Trees are foundation for tons of different plants especially in Cloud forests where lots of the water of life comes as clouds pass by
The red looking Bromeliads  actually have a purple flower which is not that visible from this distance

Another point I took this as a pano  because I was only carring my 500mm lens on that walk and it was only way to get entire tree in and I was pretty far away

Quite the amazing shot, given that this is a tree. It has so much else going on, I can hardly see the tree for the colors. Which is not a criticism - it is a matter of some wonderment.
