This beautiful wildflower is making quite a striking statement this year in our nearby hills.

Interesting colors.
What type of flowers are they?
Seems like a bit of an Orton effect was added here.

Wasn't close enough to determine the exact type but it's a Vetch of somesort based on the wildflowers that grow around our area.  No Orton just some glows and texture.

A lovely scene, although over processed for me, Dan. The gentle slopes and curves are really nice.

Have to agree.  The processing makes me think it should be in the Photo & Digital Art gallery and has become more important than the feeling or effect the image creates..
